Traffic will be limited on Friday evening between 6:30 and 7:30 PM on Mill Avenue between 4th Street and Rio Salado Parkway to facilitate the Parade of Flags. CLOSEST / EASIEST PARKING: Rio Salado Parkway and Hardy Dr. for event parking with FREE shuttle. This is the most convenient Oktoberfest parking and is available for $10.00. FREE shuttle service will run every 15 minutes to Tempe Beach Park starting 30 minutes before the event and continuing 30 minutes after the event ends. To avoid ASU football and event Mill Avenue traffic route yourself to Priest Drive and proceed east on Rio Salado Parkway to the Hardy Dr. – Rio Salado parking lot
